Miscellanous stuff

Since I'm using Aaron's broadband (flat-rate), guess should put some miscellanous stuff (pls read Liverpool post).

By the way, that is a mural that is in the progress of being painted on the back wall of the lounge at the International Inn, the hostel I stayed at in Liverpool. Thought it was v impressive. Fantastic hostel btw. And cheap too (16 quid for football night, 15 for norm). Had a hot blonde chick who checked me in. Shame she wasn't there when I checked out. Another good hostel is the Albatross Inn in Newcastle. Both offered free toast, tea and coffee which saved some money on breakfast!

Beers.. Newcastle Brown Ale definitely tops the lot.. Avoid Strongbow at all costs.. Carling and Tetleys are okay but i'd go with the European brands like Heineken, Carlsberg or Stella Artois when u can..

Food.. Cheap food always at WH Smith (for trains), Boots Pharmacy (2.99 meals - food +snack+drink) or Greggs. Cheap food may be easier - or harder depends how u see it - to find in London esp with fried chicken/kebab outlets..

TV.. i have to admit that I really like Hollyoaks. Haven't watched much TV though which is prob a good thing but when I get the chance, I kinda enjoy Hollyoaks.. i kinda like Amy Barnes.. dunno why..
