the last lab

had my last Biochem lab.... for the semester.. so what? well, BIOC 211 labs have been a high of the semester for me.. yeah most of them felt too long and arduous especially when you've just finished one.. in fact when i had my first lab, i thought i wouldn't like it coz i felt like the only guy amongst three girls.. but i think if anyone made it more enjoyable, it was Lyn Dowsett, our head.. she was awesome.. she took the effort to remember all our names even though there were 200 plus in BIOC 211 with labs from Monday to Friday.. top effort.. and she was really good at explaining every detail.. which is good coz today i've just discovered that BIOC 211 is the hardest Biochem paper.. ever... anyway Lyn took the effort to talk to all of us in the labs even though there's so much going on, plus the fact she's head of the department.. so u can imagine the teacher-student/demonstrator-potentials relationship was fantastic.. and it prob won't happen again for a while until i do a pHD.. unless i do BIOC 213 which Lyn's doing again.. but i'm doing BIOC 212.. provisionally though..
