just came back from the Warbirds of Wanaka.. it was fantastic.. v enjoyable.. the English commentary could have been a bit less English but it was wonderful seeing all these WWI/WWII fighters out in their glory, e.g. Spitfires, Hurricanes, Camels.. and of coz there were the air acrobatics.. and the mock battle at the end between the Germans and the Allies which this biennial air show is famous for..
went with Justin and Pierre on Friday morning.. we did the Mount Iron track and Puzzling World.. then we discovered that Wanaka isn't v exciting at night apart from the 2 Irish pubs..
i'm tired.. drove the whole way.. night driving can be quite fun actually..
