imagine.. dream and horror

well, the Ball weekend has ended and with it all its side effects.. a great Ball i must say.. thoroughly enjoyed myself for most of it.. even helping to put everything up..

and i also discovered how long - or rather how meticulous - girls can take to prepare for the ball.. went to pick up Matt and Louise and decided to see if Jess wanted a ride.. turned out Jess, Stacey, Michelle and Analisse all needed a ride.. but they needed like 40 mins and it was already 7.. so after we agreed that when we walked in, the girls would be my 4 dates.. 35 mins later, Stacey needed to iron her dress.. so finally could only take Michelle to the ball.. but i did pose with my 4 dates later ;)

well, balls are about dancing, and i did spend Friday night learning Ceroc from Jian and Mel from scratch.. with some help from Andrew Germann who could easily take out Norm Hewitt in Dancing With Stars.. and it did work out p well - apart from the Manhattan where i decided i couldn't risk dropping my partner so it was just movement.. danced with the Ceroc ppl - Jess, Rachel and Mel.. then the highlight of the night - for me - dancing with the girl i now realise i love so much but - will reveal further down - and yeah i felt really good.. just really really good..

and i should have just left it there.. i think i had too much hopes tonight.. which is why i'm a bit upset.. think scared her off a bit.. feel a bit rotten there.. glad dint see her on Sunday..

but she was really pretty on the night.. ah...
